Chef Yeng and partners started out SILOGMOTO based on their lifestyle, cooking and traveling on bike. She used to work as a chef in a famous hotel. Due to the pandemic, she focused on her idea of a food caravan concept. Foods are prepared and served on top of a motorcycle popularized by bazaar organizer, Segunda Moto Pop-Up Kulture.
Her experience in cooking brought her focus on serving “SILOG” dishes. The best seller is the Chicken-skin served in ala-carte or in “SILOG” dish combined with egg and garlic fried rice. Tasty and affordable, it only ranges from 50 to 90 pesos only. They also do delivery for bulk orders in the area of Molino and Bacoor.
The motorcycle they use as their mobile food caravan is the Royal Enfield Bullet. The bike itself already tells that what they do is out of passion and lifestyle. Follow SILOGMOTO FB Page and check out where to find them.
