TRIAL HEARING FILED IN MANILA RTC Branch 45

The First hearing filed in Manila RTC Branch 45 happened last Wednesday, July 22, 2020. Unfortunately, we are not able to witness as audience due to pandemic protocols of social distancing. Atty. Patrick Maglinao and Atty. Leo Miguel Escalona with petitioner, Ms. Lilibeth Bardos presented facts why TRO is requested against RA 11235, the OSG presented papers showing the RA 11235 is deferred by the LTO. Here are some facts about the proceedings.
Memorandum has been dispensed by the LTO that RA 11235 is deferred.
Since motorcycle plates are not yet available and due to pandemic concerns, there will be no apprehension for the time being.
The court will have further study regarding RA 11235 and the suspension.
OSG sees that there will be an effect that might transcribe with the suspension of the RA 11235 implementation. The court admittedly needs to further study on this matter.
A second hearing has been set to proceed by Monday, July 27, 2020, for further attestations.
With this regard, the court set another hearing to further discuss and verify that RA 11235 is disproportionate and unjust in nature by law.
