Access Plus Racing aims to extend PSBK win streak on return to BRC
OFFICIAL RELEASE: Ducati Philippines | PUBLISHER: ADVAI
Access Plus Racing is looking to continue its undefeated run as it returns to the Batangas Racing Circuit (BRC) this weekend for Round 3 of the 2025 Philippine Superbike Championship (PSBK). Timothy Joseph “TJ” Alberto currently holds a perfect record, having won all four races so far this season, while his younger brother Troy Alberto has delivered four consecutive podium finishes to keep the team firmly in control of the points standings.
TJ kicked off the season by securing pole position and back-to-back victories at the Clark International Speedway (CIS). He then repeated the feat in Round 2 at BRC, further extending both his championship lead and the Ducati Panigale V4’s win streak. His younger brother Troy has also shown consistency, finishing on the podium in all four races — including a 1-2 finish for the team in the season opener.

While Access Plus Racing has enjoyed a commanding start to 2025, the return to BRC won’t be without its challenges. The ongoing monsoon season brings the threat of rain, which could disrupt strategies.
Despite the looming weather, the team’s preparations have been solid. Setup adjustments during testing have been focused on bringing Troy closer to TJ at the front of the pack.

Qualifying takes place on Saturday, July 5, followed by both races on Sunday, July 6.
TJ Alberto, #77: “Looking forward to Round 3. As always, the goal is to take as many points as we can. It’s still early in the season, but we’re hoping to carry the momentum from the first two rounds into this weekend.”
Troy Alberto, #69: “I’m determined to bounce back this weekend. We struggled a bit in the last race, but we’ve made some changes and I’m feeling much more confident. In testing, I’ve been able to close the gap to TJ and Marvin, so I’m looking forward to seeing how we go in the races.”
Toti Alberto, Team Principal: “Everyone at Access Plus Racing is excited to be back at BRC after our strong results in Round 2. This weekend, our focus is on helping Troy close the gap to TJ by continuing to work on his bike setup. We expect TJ to be up front again, but with the weather possibly playing a role, we just hope both riders stay safe and deliver solid results.”
