Virtual Presscon clarifies cases concerning RA11235 or the An Act Preventing and Penalizing the Use of Motorcycles in the Commission of Crimes By Requiring Bigger, Readable, and Color-Coded Number Plates and Identification Marks, and for Other Purposes.

DOES NOT EQUATE TO RA 10591, LAW ON FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION ACT. In this law, failure to register or report if your gun is stolen is not subject to imprisonment. As compared to RA 11235 regulations, the motorcycle riders and owners are subject to imprisonment when failed to do so.
SIMILAR LAWS ARE STRUCK DOWN DUE TO UNJUST IN NATURE. Some laws are struck down due to implications and violate some rights as stated in our constitution. This includes the law regarding Productive Health, Freedom of Religion, Cybercrime, Curfew, and Gun Safety Law.
