Ducati Pays Tribute to Racing History with Giallo Ducati Livery

The Ducati Lenovo Team and the World Champion Francesco Bagnaia in Giallo Ducati for the San Marino and Riviera di Rimini Grand Prix.

We will see the iconic Ducati yellow color, Giallo Ducati Livery, once more for the San Marino and Riviera di Rimini Grand Prix. This is to pay tribute to Ducati’s long history in racing. The dominant yellow color has a long successful in motorcycle racing and is part of the Ducati’s winning history.

Andrea Ferraresi, Director of Strategy & Centro Stile Ducati: “Ducati is Red and like all strong brands it identifies a lot with its color, thanks to which it positions itself in the collective imagination of enthusiasts. The Giallo Ducati that we see today on the Desmosedici GP23 is a color that in the past has often been paired with Red, thus becoming part of our identity and our tradition. The decision to race at Misano with the official MotoGP and WorldSBK teams dressed in this color is a tribute to our sporting history in the year in which we race as World Champions in the two most important motorcycle championships and it is also a sign of the desire to return to having Giallo Ducati as the second official color of our Company”.

Giallo Ducati’s livery will also be seen as a team’s pit box, garage, and team wear identity for the coming Francesco Bagnaia’s Desmosedici GP23. This decision is to make it the second official color of the company in the Misano MotoGP and WorldSBK races. Currently, the Ducati Lenovo Team is in third place in the MotoGP constructors’ championship (Ducati: https://www.ducati.com/ww/en/racing/motogp/home).
