PASAY MAYOR TO PROVIDE CITY HEALTH CARE WORKERS WITH FREE RIDES, SHIELDS.

Pasay City, known for its entertainment businesses with a large part of tourist-driven establishments, needs a reliable transport service partner to ferry employees to and from work. Health workers’ commute is one of its priorities. Angkas, the pioneering motorcycle taxi ride-hailing service, answers that demand.
Angkas recently partnered with other LGU’s and this time, with Pasay City. Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano, together with the representatives of the city health department, receives the donation of Angkas Shields during the turn-over ceremony at the Pasay City Hall of Justice.

Angkas Chief Transport Advocate, George Royeca, turn-over the Angkas Shield for the Health Care Workers’ use during their commute and, at the same time, will serve as a contact tracer. It will significantly help identify the rising number of COVID-19.
