Yamaha Monumento Station Is A Beacon of Toughness

Yamaha Motor Philippines and the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) have a long-term partnership to make the Yamaha Monumento Station a beacon of toughness. The station is now decorated with Yamaha Mio Gear’s ‘Play Your Tough’ Campaign designs, including a giant installation of the motorbike. Guests can also ride a train wrapped in the same visuals from the station to 5th Ave. Yamaha is the first company to have a long-term investment in the LRT-1 station and is dedicated to driving the standards for the facility, its security, and quality of service for the public. YAMAHA MONUMENTO STATION REVAMPED WITH TOUGHNESS

The Yamaha Monumento station was a pivotal part of Yamaha Motor Philippines’ “We Are Mio, Unstoppable” Campaign. For years it had showcased Yamaha’s signature AT lineup. It was inaugurated on February 21, 2018, with a partnership between the company, Phar Philippines, and the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC). The collaboration was renewed in 2021 and will continue through 2025. Yamaha is the first company to have a long-term investment in the LRT-1 station and is dedicated to driving the standards for the facility, its security, and quality of service for the public.

Now the Yamaha Monumento Station stands as a beacon of toughness. Bannered by the Mio Gear’s ‘Play your Tough’ Campaign, the Yamaha AT model is built for the rigors of urban riding. The concept is an encouraging push to ride through every challenge, master the hustle, and forge your way to an unbreakable lifestyle. Facing every obstacle and overcoming it by relentlessly pushing through it.

To commemorate the partnership between Yamaha and LRMC, a ceremony was held at the Yamaha Monumento Station where guests from the media were in attendance as well as moto vloggers. The updated Yamaha ‘Play Your Tough’ Campaign designs enveloped the station which included a giant Yamaha Mio Gear Installation. To add to the experience, guests also rode a train wrapped in ‘Play your Tough’ visuals from the Yamaha Monumento Station to 5th Ave.

The event was attended by the President of Yamaha Motor Philippines, Hiroshi Koike. Sales and Marketing Division Head Shinsuke Iida. Sales Sr. General Manager, Romeo Tan. Marketing Section Manager, Toni Acuesta. And the LRMC Head of Operation – Ms. Andrea Mellind Madrid.
