TVS Motor Company Launches TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition in Philippines

TVS Motor Company has launched the TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition at the Makina Motoshow in the Philippines. This scooter comes with signature LED headlamp and LED DRLs, hazard lamps, and chequered flag graphics that accentuate the TVS Racing pedigree. The TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition also features TVS SmartXonnectTM technology, which allows the rider to connect their smartphone to the scooter, unlocking a host of smart connected features. The scooter is available in an attractive three-tone combination of matte black, metallic black, and metallic red.

The President Director of PT TVS Motor Company Indonesia, Mr. J Thangarajan, said that TVS NTORQ 125 has been a favorite among Gen Z customers in the Philippines since its launch, and that the new Race Edition is a celebration of the scooter’s rich pedigree. The scooter is powered by a 124.8 cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 3-valve, air-cooled SOHC, fuel-injected engine that produces a maximum power output of 6.9 kW@7,000 rpm and a peak torque of 10.5 Nm@5,500 rpm. The Race Edition boasts of a 90 kmph top speed and accelerates from 0-60 kmph in just 9.1 seconds.

TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition is priced at PHP 80,900 and will be available nationwide from May 15, 2023.
