Toyota Unveils 2023 Motorsports Season

Rev up your engines as Toyota unveils the 2023 motorsports season with TGR Vios Cup and TGR GT Cup

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is back, fueling the motorsports scene in the country with its TOYOTA GAZOO Racing (TGR) programs. Brace yourself for the 2023 TGR Vios Cup, a premier one-make-race series, and the TGR Gran Turismo (GT) Cup Philippines, the biggest national e-motorsports championship.

On July 1, the TGR Vios Cup will roar to life at the Clark International Speedway. Spectators can witness the action live for free, while online viewers can tune in via TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Philippines Facebook page.

Get ready for a day of heart-pumping action, as the TGR Vios Cup brings a new race format and surprises for Toyota fans. Racers in the Super Sporting, Sporting, and Promotional classes will compete, and celebrities will join the Autocross Challenge.

Since 2014, the TGR Vios Cup has thrilled Filipinos, allowing racers from professional and amateur teams to showcase their skills in the locally-made favorite, the Toyota Vios, in one-make-race (OMR) form. The OMR series has traveled to Cebu, Alabang, Pasay, and Taguig, apart from the Clark International Speedway.

Meanwhile, the TGR GT Cup Philippines promises a bigger and better e-motorsports event. E-racers from across the country will compete for the title of fastest e-racer. Winners will represent the Philippines at the TGR GT Cup Asia Regional Finals, with a chance to race in the subsequent TGR Vios Cup season.
