Rich Heritage of Royal Alloy

Royal Alloy has made significant strides in a relatively short time. It is a British brand that was established in 2016 and is based in the North of England. The company is committed to designing, manufacturing, and marketing unique “classic”-inspired scooters made to the highest standards, using components from the industry’s leading suppliers.

The lead designer, who studied Industrial Design Engineering at the renowned ‘Central St Martins’ in London, oversees the design and development process. Royal Alloy collaborates with top designers in Italy, in addition to its internal team, to infuse an international “flair” into the brand.

To meet global standards, Royal Alloy produces its products for the Philippine market in an ISO9001-accredited plant in Thailand. The company maintains exacting standards to ensure that its products meet the stringent requirements of international markets.

The Royal Alloy brand has a global presence in over 26 countries, including the Philippines. It was first introduced to the Philippine market during the height of the pandemic in 2020 and has since become widely available.

Currently, there are five dealers/retailers situated in five different cities across the country, namely BF Homes in Paranaque, Daang Hari in Bacoor Cavite, Welcome Rotonda in Quezon City, Nivel Hills in Cebu, and Davao City. The headquarters of Royal Alloy are located in Pasay City, while the company’s warehouses are situated in Paranaque and Pasay City.

The Royal Alloy brand’s model range

Royal Alloy features a Grand Prix series and a Tigara Grande series, both of which offer a unique blend of classic design and modern technology.

The Grand Prix series, which includes the GP150-4V and GP300S models, draws inspiration from the Lambretta Series 3 of the 1960s and represents a breakthrough for the brand. For the first time in recent history, riders can enjoy a truly authentic retro scooter with modern safety features made entirely of steel.

The entire Royal Alloy range features powerful and reliable 4-valve, fuel-injected modern engines sourced from top global engine suppliers. All models also include advanced anti-dive front suspension, twin rear suspension for enhanced ride and handling, dual Bosch ABS braking system, all LED lighting, and Pirelli Angel tires.

The Tigara Grande series, which takes inspiration from the Lambretta Series 2 of the 1950s, features a predominantly steel body with a cast aluminum headset and horncast. It comes standard with a new “lowrider” seat to give confidence to riders who need a lower seat height, while a comfortable “King and Queen” seat or single bench-style seat can also be retrofitted.

The Royal Alloy brand draws its inspiration from the MOD British culture of the 1960s, a movement characterized by a love for modern jazz music. Their goal is to offer products that are both environmentally friendly and stylish, seamlessly blending the beauty of the past with the innovation of the future, all while allowing riders to express their individual personalities. By updating classic scooters from the 1960s and 1970s with modern technology, Royal Alloy aims to provide safe, reliable, and affordable transportation options that will stand the test of time for generations to come.
