Embracing the theme “Own the Moment, Take Action,” employees at the Lima Headquarters celebrated over 70 years of riding legacy. The centerpiece was a traditional Japanese Ekiden Tasuki long-distance relay race, a powerful metaphor for teamwork and shared momentum. Through inclusive activities like the Action Run and creative Action Walk, Yamaha proved that community, lifestyle, and movement are what truly keep the spirit of Kando alive.

To embody this spirit, Yamaha Motor Philippines prepared Ekiden Tasuki, a Japanese long-distance relay race where teammates pass a sash (tasuki) from one runner to another. More than a race, it serves as a living metaphor for Yamaha’s ethos: owning the moment with decisive action, then amplifying it through collective effort. Each pass represents trust, continuity, and the unstoppable rhythm of One Yamaha.
Employees gathered at the Lima Headquarters to bring this vision to life through four inclusive Action activities, each designed to showcase how each action conjure to create momentum. Action Run, for those who want to feel the thrill of the relay and the spirit of camaraderie, designed to promote teamwork, fitness, and the spirit of One Yamaha. Action Walk, a parade of creativity and pride, where every department showcase their energy and identity through coordinated presentations. Action Support, a creative showcase of the interactive booths prepared by each division, engaging participants and highlighting Yamaha’s culture of innovation. Action Digital, a virtual platform for those unable to join physically, proving that action takes many forms and every effort, may it be big or small, matters.
Together, these action routes converged into a wide movement where individuality and unity coexisted, and where every employee’s role became part of a larger cause.
