The Shell Eco-Marathon Asia-Pacific concluded recently where the Filipino team shines bright. Seven Filipino university teams brought their innovative vehicles to the Shell Eco-marathon Asia-Pacific and the Middle East 2024 in Indonesia. Mapua University made an impressive design, winning the prestigious Technical Innovation Award. Mapuas’ vehicle design shows a high level of technical proficiency. The final stage but the important factor that is highlighted is learning in the field of STEM.

Asia-Pacific students showcased their ingenuity at the Shell Eco-marathon, pushing the limits of energy-efficient vehicles. We are proud that Mapua made a strong representation of skills and innovation for the Filipino team. Next year, the competition heads to Doha.
