#SafeRideExperience with Ride Academi teaches you the proper way to ride, enjoy, and be “one less kamote on the road” rider.

Accidents do happen on the streets and Filipino riders need a riding school to get formal know-how on basic traffic knowledge, application, and defensive response. This will at least aid to lessen accidents and probably produce one less “kamote” rider on the road.  That’s where the Ride Academi’s Basic Riding Clinic comes in. This clinic is designed for beginners who are just starting out with motorcycles. It provides a comprehensive introduction to the world of motorcycling, covering everything from basic traffic ruling, riding techniques, and proper riding etiquette like safety gears.

The Basic Riding Clinic starts with a classroom session, where the instructors introduce some traffic apprehension scenarios to the basics of motorcycle safety, the rules of the road, and the mechanics of riding. They also imparted some ride ‘hacks” to quickly seat on a saddle of your bike for some people who have seat-height concerns. Clutch, throttle, and brakes, for the manual motorcycles. And explain the different types of motorcycles and their respective features.

After the classroom session, students immediately hop-in to the practical application ride-clinic. Here, students learn to mount and dismount a motorcycle, how to start and stop the engine, and how to shift gears for manual bikes. The basic practice motorcycle maneuvers, such as turning, braking, and accelerating, is applied at the prepared level by level until it reaches the last level where participants apply everything that they have learned.

Throughout the clinic, the instructors provide feedback and guidance, helping students improve each technique to build confidence. This showed the importance of safety gear, such as helmets, gloves, and closed shoes.

Academi has 2 main programs:

The Basic Riding Clinic is an 8 hour program designed for the following riders:

  1. Learn to Ride
  2. Automatic to Manual
  3. Small bike to Big bike
  4. Come back rider

In their entire program, the motorcycle / scooter is already provided including riding gear. Students only need to bring their own helmet and gloves.You just need to at least register for a slot for a fee of  P2,000. Plus, P300 for packed lunch and water all throughout the day. Certificate is already included.
