Kia Philippines officially unveiled the triumphant return of a global flagship, the 2027 Kia Sportage Turbo Hybrid. Alongside strategic partner AC Mobility, the fifth-generation Kia Sportage has been on a hiatus for over three decades now. Across five distinct generations, the Sportage nameplate has defined adventure for drivers around the world.
AC Mobility Chief Executive Officer Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala shared that true leadership in modern transportation goes beyond celebrating past legacy. Supported by AC Mobility’s steadily expanding nationwide EV charging network that spans over 200 operational charging locations. This new turbocharged hybrid provides an ideal, practical bridge toward sustainable electrification for everyday Filipino motorists.

With thoughtful everyday luxury, its responsive 1.6-liter turbocharged hybrid powertrain unleashes a commanding 235 horsepower and 367 Nm of torque.
