The all-new Kia EV3 Philippines officially made its debut against the historic and artistic backdrop of the Ayala Museum. Unveiled by Kia Philippines and AC Mobility, the venue set a fitting scene for an award-winning vehicle designed to refine local mobility—marking the next chapter in Kia’s brand story as they bring accessible electric driving directly to Filipino roads.

Speaking to media partners, dealer principals, and bank executives, AC Mobility CEO Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala emphasized the vision driving this partnership:

“At AC Mobility, we are driven by a simple goal—to make clean, electric mobility accessible, reliable, and practical for every Filipino. A future-ready mobility landscape requires reliable vehicles, an expanding charging network, and complete confidence for drivers to make the switch without hesitation.”

With a special introductory price starting at ₱1,868,000 (regular SRP at ₱1,898,000), the 2025 World Car of the Year titleholder officially becomes the first World Car of the Year EV sold locally under the ₱2-million mark.

Introduced on stage by Kia Philippines Managing Director Jay Lopez, the EV3 brings high-end electric luxury into an approachable compact footprint. Built on Kia’s dedicated e-GMP platform, it carries the distinct DNA of its flagship siblings, the EV5 and EV9.

Head-Turning Aesthetics: Guided by Kia’s Opposites United design philosophy, the exterior features an updated Digital Tiger Face grille, razor-sharp LED headlights, flush door handles, and 17-inch alloy wheels—a design that has already bagged international Red Dot and iF Design awards.
Lounge-Like Interior: Step inside, and the cabin feels refreshingly open and tech-forward. Drivers are greeted by a massive 30-inch triple panoramic display, dual wireless charging pads, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Driver-Focused Controls: Responding directly to local customer feedback, Kia brought back physical, tactile buttons for core cabin features, ensuring an intuitive driving experience.

Kia EV3: Long-Range Freedom and Nationwide Charging

A key highlight of the launch presentation was range confidence. Underneath the floorboards, a 58.3 kWh battery powers an electric motor delivering 201 hp and 283 Nm of torque, yielding an impressive NEDC range of up to 511 kilometers on a single charge.

When it’s time to juice up, DC fast charging takes the battery from 10% to 80% in just 29 minutes—just enough time to grab a coffee or listen to your favorite playlist.

AC Mobility backs this rollout with the nation’s largest charging infrastructure. Boasting over 200 active hubs and 600 charge points across AC standard and DC fast chargers nationwide, AC Mobility holds a 45% share of the country’s EV charging locations. Recent expansions—such as installing the very first EV charger on the island of Bohol—mean drivers can explore new destinations with complete peace of mind.

Express Your Style With Kia EV3: Colors and Availability

On display at the launch event were four vibrant colorways—Aventurine Green, Frost Blue, Ivory Silver, and Shale Grey. Additional available shades include Terra Cotta, Snow White Pearl, and Aurora Black.

Launch Promos and Deliveries:

Official customer deliveries begin October 1.
Early buyers who reserve their unit before October 31 receive a complimentary 5-year Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) package alongside an included home wall charger.
The vehicle comes backed by a 5-year/160,000 km vehicle warranty and an 8-year/160,000 km battery warranty.
