JETOUR Auto Philippines recently held its first-ever JAPI Aftersales Skills Competition to elevate the standards of its dealer network’s customer handling and technical proficiency. The competition was divided into two categories: Service Advisor and Technician.

The Service Advisor category tested the participants’ knowledge of the JETOUR product lineup, the brand’s values and standard operating practices, and their customer service skills. The Technician category tested the participants’ ability to diagnose and repair vehicles.

The competition was held over two days. On the first day, the participants took a written examination. On the second day, they participated in practical exercises that simulated real-world customer service and technical troubleshooting situations.

Service Technician Category
Champion – Joven Vega, JETOUR Auto Alabang
1st Runner-up – Immanuel Dalumpines, JETOUR Auto Centris
2nd Runner-up – Julius Cesar Torralba, JETOUR Auto Fairview
The winners were awarded trophies and prizes. They will also have the opportunity to represent JETOUR Auto Philippines in future global aftersales skills competitions.
