July 16, 2025 – Tanauan City, Batangas – To further elevate its role in the Philippine mobility industry, Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) today announced plans for a strategic merger with Honda Parts Manufacturing Corporation (HPMC). The proposed merger aims to consolidate the strengths of both organizations, enabling Honda to evolve into an even more integrated, efficient, and sustainable organization in the country.
