The construction of the CALAX site was made possible after the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD), led by its chairman of the Board and CEO, Dr/ Brig. Gen. Antonio L. We are especially excited about the potential for growth, as several businesses are set to establish physical stores within the site—creating new jobs and driving local development.”

“As the operator of CALAX, we’re proud to mark this milestone—the groundbreaking of our first toll service facility with Caltex. This is more than just building new infrastructure along the expressway, it’s a testament to our shared commitment to provide motorists a safe, clean, and reliable place to rest and refuel right where they need it the most.,” said Arlette V. Capistrano, Vice President for Communication and Stakeholder Management of CALAX.
