Ducati pays homage to Ayrton Senna for his extraordinary career and enduring legacy with the collector’s limited edition Monster

The Monster Senna Special Edition – Ducati unveiled a collector’s limited edition Monster. A tribute to the legendary Brazilian racing driver, Ayrton Senna. The Monster Senna celebrates Senna’s extraordinary career and the legacy he left behind. Only 341 units of this special edition will be produced. A number that holds significance: 3 for the World Titles Senna won in Formula 1® and 41 for the Grands Prix, where he stood atop the podium.

Design and Relationship: The Monster Senna’s design draws inspiration from the colors of Senna’s helmet—yellow, green, and blue. A clear homage to the Brazilian flag. The choice of the Monster model is rooted in history. Ayrton was an early owner of the Monster 900, appreciating its simplicity, sporty engine, and road-friendly features. The collaboration between Ducati and Senna Brands continues to honor their shared passion for motorsport.

Unveiling and Legacy: The motorcycle was presented at the Enzo and Dino Ferrari racetrack in Imola during the Made in Italy and Emilia-Romagna Formula 1® Grand Prix. Ducati big boss Claudio Domenicali gave a nod to Senna’s legendary status. And Bianca Senna, the head honcho at Senna Brands, highlighted their epic partnership. The whole Ducati-Senna saga kicked off back in ’90, and it’s like a high-octane love story between fast bikes and racing greatness.
